THE MARGAUX GRILL

Dining at The Margaux Grill unfolds in the exceptional ambience of a European secret garden adorned with abundant grass, herbs and trees. 60 steak knives crafted by master artisans from around the world are displayed at the restaurant entrance. Before the main dish is served, each guest is presented with a choice of 12 cutlery sets, creating a uniquely customized dining experience. At the center of The Margaux Grill are a main dining hall and open kitchen enveloped by all-glass walls and ceiling, where natural sunlight conjures unique moods that evolve with each hour of the day. To the right side of the restaurant are two glasshouse-inspired private dining rooms enveloped by stunning garden scenery, while to the left, MOBO Bar features an interior space defined by floor-to-ceiling glass, an expansive wine cellar, and an outdoor space where luxury creative cocktails await.

LOCATION AND CAPACITY

Located on the 7th floor of the JW Marriott Hotel Seoul and offers indoor and outdoor seating. The 75-seat indoor capacity includes 50 hall seats, 9 bar seats and 2 private dining rooms each available for 8 seats. Our 50 seat outdoor capacity includes 20 for terrace and 30 for event space.

WOOD-FIRED GRILL

Main dining hall and an open kitchen enveloped by all-glass walls and ceiling, where natural sunlight conjures unique moods evolving with each hour of the day. The kitchen features Korea’s first wood-fired grill by industry-leading American brand Grill Works.

AN EXTENSIVE WINE CELLAR

The Margaux Grill is home to a vaulted wine cellar harboring more than 4,000 bottles of 800 wines handpicked by the hotel’s wine director and sommelier. A haute cuisine matched by rare and exquisite wine selections handpicked by the hotel's Director of Wine will tantalize each palate.
